What We Look For In A Property

Located in the Emerald Coast Area, that includes Navarre, Navarre Beach, Ft. Walton Beach, Shalimar, Okaloosa Island, Destin, San Destin, 30A, Seaside, and Panama City Beach.

In good condition and is safe. Updated furnishings, sorry, green shag carpet is very hard to market for a Florida vacation.

You have to be willing to get items fixed that affect the ability for the property to be booked and advertised at it’s true condition; example, broken furniture (sofa has springs poking guests).

For properties with lawns and/or pools/hot tubs must have a service provider to maintain these for property bookings.
